석굴암

경주 석굴암 석굴은 대한민국 경상북도 경주시의 토함산 중턱(진현동 891)에 있는 석굴로서 국보 24호로 지정되어 있다. 신라 경덕왕 10년(751년), 당시 51세였던 김대성이 만들기 시작했고 20여년 후 완성되었다. 석굴암은 건축, 수리, 기하학, 종교, 예술적인 가치와 독특한 건축미를 인정받아 불국사와 함께 1995년 유네스코가 지정한 세계문화유산이 되었다.

Seokguram

The Seokguram Grotto is a hermitage and part of the Bulguksa temple complex. It is classified as National Treasure No. In 1995, Seokguram was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List together with the Bulguksa Temple. It exemplifies some of the best Buddhist sculptures in the world.
